INSTITUTES

An Insitute can perform all operations concerning scholarship dispensation for own college/ institute like receive application, view summary for all applications etc

STUDENTS

A Student can Track the status of his Scholarships Apllication. Search for the Colleges, Courses and Fee Structures for a Course at a college. Report any Ragging Incidences. Submit his/ her Grievance(s) and Suggestion(s).

ALERTS

District and Institute users have been given the feature to issue alerts for there subordinates. These alerts will only be visible for audience corresponding to their jurisdiction.

SUGGESTIONS

User can register Suggestion for improvement of their college be it on the matters of curriculum or co-curriculum.

GRIEVANCES

User can register Grievances related to their college or scholarship disbursement

Information on all Courses at a Institute are available through this App.

FEES STRUCTURES

Information on Fee Structures for all Courses at a Institute is available through this App.

What is m-Scholarship Mitra App?

Welcome to the integrated e-Governance Portal for the automation, streamlining effective management of processes related to application receipt, processing, sanction and disbursal of various scholarships to Students. This initiative is aimed to facilitate faster and efficient disposal of scholarship applications and timely payment of the scholarships to the students directly in their accounts.

What are the features of the App?

  1. App provides all features regarding scholarship like receiving and processing the application for institutes and districts.
  2. One can easly search for colleges, courses and fee structures relevant to the course and institute.
  3. All admin users can issue alerts to their subordinates. These alerts will only be visible for specific users.
  4. App provides facility to submit suggestions and register grievances for all users including public users.
  5. Students can complaint against ragging incidences.
  6. App is designed with the intension of providing information without any login and registration

How can I download the App?

If you have configured your gmail account with play store app on your device then.
  1. Open play store app of your device/ Mobile
  2. Go for Apps
  3. Type "m-ScholarshipMitra" into search box and press search icon
  4. App will be on screen. Varify app by seeing publisher name as "National Informatics Center Bhopal"
  5. Click on app logo and click on install button
  6. Accept for app permissions App will be installed on your app

How can I use the App?

Open app by clicking on app icon on your device screen.
  1. Home page will be launched
  2. Now select as per your need from home screen
  3. You can view lot of information without any login
  4. If any operation requires login then please login and go forward
